Have found a few goodies at the back of my cupboard and was wondering if anyone has experience using extract and malt extract in a can after the expiry date? The cans ran out of date early 2016.
- Thomas Coppers Selection Sparkling ale
- Thomas Coopers Malt extract
- Bag of light malt
- Safale US-05, I can replace this or try a starter and see if I have any luck.
Any advice appreciated.
