Recently brewed this & it has turned out delicious. Such a simple quick recipe to do

15 Litre Batch (adjust for full)

1kg Briess Pilsen LDME
500g Briess Wheat DME
300g Dex

30 Min Boil (6 Litres)

20g Sorachi Ace hops @ 20 mins

20g Sorachi Ace hops @ 5 mins

Danstar Belle Saison yeast pitched @ 22c

Fermented at ambient (26c), 3 weeks primary then bottled.

OG 1.045
FG 1.000 (this yeast is the Kobayashi of yeasts!!)
ABV approx 6.4%
IBU 24

Has a lovely citrus zing to it from the hops. Would even consider dry hopping also.

Will definitely do this again over summer

Edit: I have never tried the Brooklyn Sorachi Ace Saison, so this isn't meant to be a clone in any way
