Good value here depending on how long it is before the 5-year testing date falls due which will cost you more dollars for the re-test.
That said, my old 5.0kg stinguisher lasted almost 10 years without the advantage of having a proper screw-down valve which obviously would have turned it into a normal CO2 cylinder with a longer life span barring 5-year testing, so that's another good point re this sale.
