I put down a brew last week of morgans caramalt amber extract 1.5kg morgans extra pale brew enhancher extract 1kg of dex 100 grams of hops at various stages in a 30min boil and us04 yeast fermenting at 19 degrees. Just wondering what the expected fg would be?

Here's an idea.
Download this free brewing software, and have a go at working it out for yourself.
It's not difficult, and it's a very good piece of software.
It will stand you in good stead for future brews too.

If you are just doing kits then the Brewcraft ABV Calculator is an easy and simple if not that accurate way to get an indication. That is if you don't want to get involved with Brewing Software.
