Hi all,

I will be visiting France, Spain and Italy all in the next 3 weeks and plan on sampling lots of the local produce. :chug:

Can you guys give me a heads up on what beers I should be looking out for in these countries please?.

Cheers,
Nick

Looks tempting, have not tried any yet ;). France also has Saison which you would have to sample a few of.

Thanks nonic, please keep 'em comin' fellas, I'm not leaving until Sunday.

HBW, I'm actually thinking of opening a small padlock shop at the airport. Could be a goer.

Oh yeah, I'm sure THAT would make it past the baggage handlers!. Even the people in the planes taking off would hear the call "SMOKO!".

Again, any suggestions welcomed.

Where in France? There is a lot of Bier De Garde and Saison available.

Whenever I travel I consult ratebeer.com's places section. If you visit any of them listed, please go back and give some feedback on them. It helps a lot in weeding out the crap that shouldnt be there, and highlighting some of the great beer bars and restaurants in the world.

France
Spain
Italy

Have a good trip!
