Heres the first beer from the Beer Engine. A Brains SA clone. Its not exact, as I used Notto yeast in this one, but I just wanted to try the Engine out. First impressions were that ot was more like London Pride, and memories of being in "the old dart" a few weeks ago came flooding back.
Anyway heres the pic

Tell him he's been diagnosed with Lycanthropy if you want to make him cry.

Sob sob......

My Nitro gear has been mothballed for the last year and I'm still paying rent on the multimix bottle .......

My version of SA is lightly carbed on CO2 so I'm putting it on Nitro today and try the smooth version - the mighty font snake should give me a good pour of were-beer :p

I used to put Recurrent Lycanthropy down on sick forms at work. Along with suspected scurvy (missus told me i was yellow from no veg), lunar somnabulism, etc.

Sinohumulolupulophopia (fear of Chinese Hops, can be debilitating)

Just poured the first for the day, It only gets better with age.
