That looks like a micro-matic fitting, the bits come up on ebay quite often.

Correct JGriffin - micromatic - if you zoom in.

Haven't got my Collins English/French handy .. or maybe that's Flemish on the lid .. for .. um .. well .. they'd never find out anyway

Wow... I wish there was somewhere in Adelaide that had Chimay on tap. Where did the keg come from?

Isn't that the point of the close up photo of the fitting, rather than the entire top/side of it? ;)
