Just had a reply and the containers have a number 2 on them so therefore i assume this means they are HDPE.

good fridges, Im using one exactly the same I think. will fit 2 Coopers type FV's in a pinch

If it is the same one, I'll check when I get home, I had to snip and alter a couple of wires in the light cavity thingo to make it run on the STC 1000, had to disable the fridge thermometer or some such thing. I can dig up the post if you need it.
