they own the cylinder, So they just rent it out at a cost and refill it at a cost. They may sell them on later when its not worth fixing at there expense. So long story short its a rental bottle so you do not own it!! you may get sympathy if you take it back to them and say look I bought this on ebay and didnt know it was yours till I got it home what can I do?
