Easter Show And The Carlton Academy

Anyone been to the CUB beer-pouring session? I didn't make it though it promised to provide the best technique for pouring a beer from a tap.

We haven't made it to the Easter Show yet. What days is the Carlton Academy on? I remember hearing something on the radio and they mentioned some dates (but I don't remember what days).

I don't know if they're on any particular dates - I was there today (Monday) and there were demonstrations each hour.
