how does this look for a Dunkelweizen?


Dunkel (Dunkelweizen)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.055 (P): 13.6
Final Gravity (FG): 1.014 (P): 3.6
Alcohol (ABV): 5.40 %
Colour (SRM): 13.7 (EBC): 27.0
Bitterness (IBU): 13.8 (Average)

43.48% Pilsner
43.48% Wheat Malt
8.7% Melanoidin
4.35% Special-B

1 g/L Hallertau Tradition (5.2% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)


Single step Infusion at 66C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 18C with Wyeast 3638 - Bavarian Wheat
 
so no one can tell me if this would do a good dunkel?

I liked the Weinstaphaner I tasted not long ago and would like something like that

I've done one before. I reckon it went alright. Recipe was based on what's in the book Brewing Classic Styles. I'm not at home at the moment so can't check beersmith to compare recipes but yours looks like it doesn't have enough of the darker malts. Just first impressions though. I'll check when i get home.
