Hi all,

My most recent brew has confused the crap out of me with timings on dry hopping and risk of oxidation etc. Hoping to get some advice.

My most recent brew was a All-in brewing fresh wort kit with safale US-05 yeast and dry hopping with some morgans finishing hops. Ive added the hops after 5 days as active fermentation was settling down. After 3 days of hopping I bottled. As i bottled this appeared to be a poor decision as the yeast had not dropped out of the brew. Having read about flocculation of US-05 most were saying leaving the brew for 3-4 weeks if not cold crashing.

This is where confusion sets in.. as i am unsure what i should be doing. My concerns are removing the hops bag/sock from the primary and risking oxidization of the brew, but i want a clean beer. Unfortunately cold crash is not an option.

What advice could you give me?
