Officials report beer contributes to the threat chimpanzees sometimes present
in western Uganda. The chimps have been raiding illegal brewing operations in
forested river valleys and getting drunk on the country beer. Once
intoxicated, they become hostile and attack and at times kill human children,
parks officials say. A Uganda Wildlife Authority report on the attacks says
that local beer is usually brewed illegally along river valleys, which are
also the habitat of chimps. "When chimps come across the local brew, they
drink it, become drunk and in that state any encounter with people means an
attack," says the report.

Bloody hell Doc! lol.
You dont have to go to Uganda to see that, I bet we all know a pub or two that a very similar thing happens.
Cheers

Sounds like Gove :D

No offence meant to Big D, Jazman, or any Crows or Port supporters.

yeah well some of these darm monkey's have somehow made it to my street.
woke me up over an hour ago with all their whooping and yelling

Wee Stu,
The Ramsgate Eh!
Best Stella on tap that I have come across ( IMO)
Not bad food either!
The times that I have been there the monkeys have all looked pretty good.
Im going with bananas next time.
Cheers

Just be careful in the carpark BBB, that's where the monkeys really swing!

Bloody hell Wee Stu,
I used to live in Main St Henley Beach in a past life and it was pretty wild then, even with the cop shop right there.
Dont go there of a night time now, I live 550 klms from there.
It doesnt need to be dark to appreciate good beer, unlike the ability to appreciate some members of the opposite sex.
Im gettin' too old for this!
Cheers

 Chill out BBB, not slurring the Ramsgate in any way - fine establishment, I'm sure.

I was referring to an incident a couple of years back when some Crows and Port players met up in the car park for a little bit of (reputedly) biffo, the night after a showdown game.

Sometimes I can be a bit too cryptic for my own good  .

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR $^%$#&&%* GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR TDA

Actually sound like how crap my soccer team in england is doing GO you Reds

Bloody scousers any one know a good English bitter to try in adelaide and the rose park shop is out of my way i got harvest or bailey and baileys

also with the biffo at hte ramsgate josh carr ended up with a nice shiner courtesy of mark ruccieto or how ever u spell his name the soft #%%

Jazz,
The crows captain might have got one up on Josh Carr in the carpark of the Ramsgate but one might just ask;
Who won the Footy Game?
Why was the Crows Captain there when he owns a pub of his own?
Does his pub serve, arguably, the best Stella in old Adelaide?

Wee Stu,
My days in Henley Beach were before the Crows were a glimmer in Graeme Cornes eye. - If you get my drift.
Cheers

Do we need a poll - Adelaideon (or ex-Adelaideon) brewers - Port or Crows?

Shees, sum of yew ferals seem like top blokes too.

Happy to have a beer with you any day. Except maybe showdown day.

Wee Stu,
I never mix beer and football unless its, at the game, or in front of the TV or on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or sometimes on a Monday of a long weekend, so as you can see, Showdown would not really matter.
I should have included a big LOL with my two recent posts as I didnt want to sound angry.
No slur taken Wee Stu!
Personally I dont give a stuff about Mark Ruicettoes (no one can spell it) hand, so I would be happy to have a beer with you even on a Showdown Day.
Distance could be a problem at times though.
Cheers

BBB - hopefully somewhere, somewhen, during Batz visit we will catch up over a brew.

Just between you and me (and whoever else reads this), if the Crows don't win the flag (which they probably won't) then I hope the Power do.

Whatever, at the Monk's, GMK's or somewhere else we'll share a beer or two I hope.

Same goes for you Jazman.

I'll hold you to that Wee Stu!
And I hope if Monkeys and Humans turn up they will enjoy themselves like you and I.
(Bloody hell once again! ) This is getting worse!
No offence to any others attending the Batz World Brewing Tour!
Cheers
