So i put together what i had and what i could get. I incorrectly ordered 250g Bohemian Pils malt instead of Carabohemian. I got some caraamber to replace the carabohemian and decided to use half the bohemian pils in a 60 min mini mash. I bought 20L of spring water for $6 at Aldi and used that. Dunno how it'll go but that's half the fun.

1 tin Black Rock Lager
1 tin Coopers Wheat Malt

250g Caraamber
125g Bohemian Pils
Mashed in a 6-pack esky for 60 mins with 2 litres of boiling water and 1 litre of ambient temp water to make it ~75°C

15g Amarillo added as first wort hop
Boil length 15 mins
15g Amarillo at 5
20g Amarillo at 0

The zero hop addition was added with 1.5L of ambient temp spring water to reduce the temp to ~75°C.

US-05 pitched at 23°C and put into the fridge at 18°C for 10 days then I'll ramp up to 22°C for 4 days then crash it.

I have issues following directions

As you'd expect from basically the Dr Smurto recipe this turned out fantastic. The Bohemian Pils added a really nice but of body. I had a 6 pack of JSGA last week to remember what it tastes like and this is better.
