As you can see I forgot to get some high AA hops for the WWCP

So im using a mix bag of left overs.. The Galaxy is Wolfy's from his 2011 crop off his bines i had left over.
I just hope the flavours play nice.. recon ill do a 1.5 hour boil to try and denature the flavours and leave mostly bittering from the Amarillo, Goldings and Galaxy

This is all on top of
40Litres of Wit Bier
40L of British Bitter Pale Ale
120L of cider
15L of Mead

Total now 295L currently in cubes and fermenting
Damn... time to make a 5L starter to kick it over :D

Oh i give up on the formatting.. its been a long day :D

Hmm wow the cold and flu tablets have kicked in..
Not Wolfy's Galaxy its G&G flowers from 2011

Had to go to a 90 min mash as all the mill stuffed up half way through the crush and it hadn't converted all the sugars.
As it stands Im down 5 points on gravity i can live with that in this style.
