Gday guys. Who is looking at a doomsday brewday/night??
Date is 21/12/2012 if you have been hiding under a rock. It's also a friday.
I was looking at doing something over the top using every grain and every hop I have or can get my hands on. Of course you don't have to be as extreme or disclose your displeasure or reluctance.
I don't beleive the world will end. I just want drinkable beer during or after.
Doomsday recipe (Imperial IPA)
Original Gravity (OG): 1.075 (P): 18.2
Final Gravity (FG): 1.019 (P): 4.8
Alcohol (ABV): 7.37 %
Colour (SRM): 26.6 (EBC): 52.4
Bitterness (IBU): 113.8 (Average)
