would appreciate some feedback on the below taste bud stripper. Dogfish bro' since it will hopefully get done on waitangi day this side of the ditch. A hop mismatch, all i could get from the good ol us of a, and figured i'd use them all at once! Zythos is instead of amarillo.
Wasn't sure how to handle the constant additions in brewmate, so put them all in as 30min. Will be spread from 60min to 0min, and figured if it comes in less than 150 ibu it will be ok, and anymore than150 ibu, well apparently over 100 doesn't make any difference??
