I have been AG'n for about 6 months, hit the ground running with an efficiency of 85%, and held it steady.
My question is, does this high efficiency mean i am getting less colour and malt taste than someone with bad(er) efficiency?
My reasoning: there is less grain to get the colour and malty from, even though i am getting plenty of sugar out.
