Unfortunately i havn't been brewing for the past 2 years but am going to get back into it shortly.

What i want to know is how long would a bag of sealed DME last for????????

Mate, fresh is best. For the price of another bag vrs the cost of having 23L of average beer, it's just not worth it. Best to buy some more.

as long as it doesnt look feral with funny growths or discoloration it should be ok.
