Boil kettle – stainless steel, 71 litre volume, three 1” tri clover connections welded direct to vessel, tangential liquid input for whirlpooling.
Mash tun – stainless steel, 71 litre volume, two 1” tri clover connections welded direct to vessel, perforated stainless steel false bottom, T-piece outlet with custom stainless steel barstock tri-clamp thermowell.
Hot liquor tank - stainless steel, 71 litre volume, three 1” tri clover connections welded direct to vessel, custom stainless steel barstock tri-clamp thermowell.
Direct LPG gas fired hot liquor tank and recirculating mash tun.
Automated temperature control of hot liquor tank and mash tun by two PID controllers, two 3-Wire PT100 RTDs and two Honeywell gas solenoid valves with pilot light and pilot light thermocouple safety shutoff.
All required valves, fittings, gaskets, clamps, new high temp silicone hose etc.
Eight 1" tri clover 3-piece ball valve.
Manual gas valve for boil kettle.
Two March 315 PL pumps.
