Hi, can't seem to find out exact answer to a few questions I have.

Background:
Planning to dilute post boil, with boiling water (into the kettle), prior to whirlpooling and No Chilling.
Trying to get 3x cubes out of 75L pot (meant to be 80L, but my measurements suggest otherwise).

I have found answers on how to approximate hop IBU dilutions, OG dilutions, but what I haven't found is if the FG of the diluted wort will be the same or lower?

Also, should I mash slightly higher to allow for this dilution? or swap yeasts to one with a lower attenuation to compensate? For reference I normally brew 1.048-1.050 ales with FG around 1.011, with English malts and hops. Though my best beer ever was only 1.042 OG.

I have been disappointed with some FWK being too thin following dilution in the past. I want to avoid this if possible.

Brew days are scarce with 2 kids under 2 so being able to sneak in another cube would be excellent.

Any issues with the plan?

Cheers,
D80
