Hello all,
It's been some months in the bottle and it's a wonderful stout - a lovely rich flavour with a touch of smokiness off in the distance. When I first bottled this brew it had a strange and pronounced sour flavour - I even wondered if I might end up tossing it out. However it's a real winner - delicious.
