Cursor Colour

is it possible to change the colour of the cursor
mine is a flouro green and is difficlut to see
not a big problem , but would be easier to write posts
it is this colour on this forum only

Hmm my cursor isn't fluro green (it's black).

I am in the process of working out a new front page (portal) and I will also be adding some different skins to people have an option (will also have an option between have a fixed wifth forum - like it is now - or a full screen version).
