I'm at a crossroad guys, i need your help. Will i get the 'guiness' faucet and have creamy ales on tap, (& refill the gas bottle) or do i get the counterpressure bottle filler. Super clear beers in the bottle and no need to worry about under or over priming my beers!!

You input is appreciated :p

I'd go the CPBF.
Easier and less space than having two gas bottles (one with CO2 for regular beers and one with the CO2 and N2 mix for guiness style beers).
I guess you could still get the guiness tap and a stone, but I guess without the gas it wouldn't be quite the same.

If you go down the Guiness route then you may want to check out some info from kegman.

Beers,
Doc
