Morning all,

I did a search regarding experiences with this yeast. Plenty of people saying they are using/have used it but no one has really given feedback.

I guess I'm after the following...

- What temp you fermented at (not what the website suggests)
- How did it taste

Used it for two batches. Fermented both around 8-14 degrees. Starts off quite tart and lemony, ages out in the keg to end up pretty well balanced. I had more success quicker with the Wyeast though.
 
I pitched it at 11. Hopefully it starts up soon and by the time Sunday comes around I'll be pitching a fermenter full of APA in the same fridge so I'll bump it up to 16.
