Couple of brewing book PDFs - NOW UNAVAILABLE

Came across these two books free as PDFs from Springer (the publisher). Look pretty good, fairly detailed.

Too tight to use my limited mobile data to download yesterday.

One of the tech websites posted yesterday that Springer was allowing 100's of science texts free, so I'd say it was part of that. Must of been just a short term thing.
