Just curious - is it common for PRV's to leak a little?

I bought a used keg and fitted a new PRV that was part of the Keg Repair Kit. However, depending on the shaft / pull ring position it leaks a little, even at minimal pressure. If the shaft is "encouraged" downwards it seems to seal ok.

I've cleaned the entire keg assembly and the lid, including inside of the PRV cavity - it is spotless and has no scratches so it should engage properly. PRV or its Gasket issue? This is brand new btw!

Try some keg lube to see if this fixes it

Yeah, I thought it may need some "help".
Don't have any keg lube but I've put some food grade Propylene Glycol on the gasket and it seems to work :)
