Cornish Tin Miner's Ale (British Ale)...what hops?

I have a recipe for an old English ale with has pale malt 2-row as base and caramunich, biscuit and crystal.

Was thinking I have challenger and fuggles hops on hand though not sure what additions to do and how it will turn out with these hops.

Any suggestions?
