In Dandy plaza anyway, not sure if this is a nation-wide move but these are fresh stock being sold at half price.

Noice! Cheaper than DME, so I stocked up. I have many cans now and it's a very satisfying feeling

Ok I'm being lazy, my excuse is I'm using a crappy old laptop and my phone as a hotspot as there's no internet here at the new house yet.
How do you store it once opened if you are using it for starters etc. ?
Just fill sterilized jars and whack in the fridge?

Regardless I'll get a couple tomorrow, as a toucan would be a decent keg filler while I'm busy.

    Hey Altone,
These will be used as partial component to the BIAB setup I'm still experimenting with till I get it right... So I'm not keeping half full cans - once she's in, she's in all the way :)
One can makes about 14-16L of decent brew... Add BIAB grain + preferred hops and yeast and we're looking at 28-30L of deliciousness in the Fermentasaurus, @ 50kPA in a few days' time = yumminess

No worries, I'll get a couple anyhow and probably use for a quick keg fill.
Was just thinking of using for a starter as I've run out of saved 2nd runnings from my all grain brews.
Fixing/moving house so not enough time for brewing atm.

Not many (IF ANY) Coopers cans make quality two-can beers.
If they did our problems would be solved.
The trick is discovering just how to use this low cost source.
