About to bottle a Coopers International series Pilsner this Sat 9 Jul . 1042 SG 1009 FG
Used a Brewcraft Pilsner Pack. It smells sour and rubbery but tastes like a great Pilsner in a standard international wine tasting glass. Nice colour even at 23.5 litres. Primary 8 days.
Added a bit of crushed coriander and orangel peel boiled and placed in 2ndry.( 2ndry - 6 days) Going to use coopers Carb drops as have not invested in kitchen scales yet.
Question :Why the funny smell but nice taste ?
