Hi guys,
Just started drinking my batch of Coopers Heritage Lager. Tastes very close to a tap version of Coopers premium lager I had in a pub recently in Adelaide. I'm not sold on it yet and I think it's the POW hops. Might try amarillo next time. Thoughts? BTW it's had about six weeks in the bottle.

Coopers Heritage Lager Can
Cooper Wheat Malt Can
15gm pow tea at - 15 min steep then in fermenter
Saflager yeast

Forget the POR. Grab 30 grm of sazz and steep that for 10 minutes and biff in at ferment.

Nice.

Coopers use Saaz in there mild. Goes well when por is used to bitter
