Da wif was at Big W today and brought home a can of cooper ginger beer (good wife brings home any new cans see spots)anyway thought i would do the no alco version of it said 125 g off suger in 17 liters thats fine but what got me was it says not to prime bottles in bold letters too and says for alco version to prime as normal so What da #@#@ is going on here how is this to cabonate if theres stuff all suger in it to begin with and no bottle prime

Has anyone else tried this any good????

125g sugar is enough to prime, you don't let this sugar ferment before it goes in the bottle

Alco versions usually involve a kilo dextrose fermented in fermenter + some sugar to ferment in the bottle
