Hello, I'm planning on a Coopers Cascade Honey Lager which entails:

1 x 1.7kg Coopers Lager tin
500g Coopers LDME
500g Honey
15 G Cascade @ 20min
10 G @ flame out
US05 yeast
18c for two weeks

Will the cascade work with the honey?

Cheers

Stu

I'd swap the lager tin for pale ale, will go better with the cascade.
Honey should be fine, go for a good honey, leatherwod or yellowbox if you can get it or maybe clover for a bit of extra depth.

I second this... the pale ale tin will be much better with cascade.
