Due to my kitchen rebuilding project I ran out of beer, so I bought
some Coopers Bext Extra Stout reasoning that if it were Coopers
and had 6.3% abv it must be somewhat drinkable.
And it is quite drinkable so much so that I'd like to make a clone of it.
Now I know all the normal comments about how I can do better than just making a clone,
and all that rubbish, do does anyone have a 'better than the original' extract clone recipe.
I could just make on up myself, but where's the fun in that.
I assume I'd start with a Coopers Stout kit?
