Connecting hose to kitchen rainwater tap

Hi all,
I'm wanting to use an inside filtered rainwater tap to brew outside, by running a hose out the window and save getting another filter.
The rainwater tap has an aerator (see below) on the spout, wondering about unscrewing that and adapting to hose barb. I can't seem to establish what the thread is though.

Anyone done this?
