Comprehensive description of beer styles

I've just been doing some research into beer in the Scandanavian countries, particularly Finland where I'll spend a week later this month. The state-run monopoly for sales of anything over 4.7% is Alko (how appropriate), and their website has an excellent section of beer styles.

Worth a browse.

Some oddities there - ale is listed as bottom fermenting and is also a style within the ale category for example.

Still; for state sponsored organisation to provide info as comprehensive as that is impressive.
