Does anyone have any info on yeasts used in Oz that are available to homebrewers? I think I remember hearing that MSB Colonial Wheat used WLP300.
Any others? I would be very interested to know what people like Little Creatures, Mountain Goat, Matilda Bay etc do. If they use their own strains where did they get them from?
