Welcome some feedback on the following .....
Pils @ 44%
Munich @ 44%
Caramel Hell (28) @ 5%
Wheat @ 7%
OG 1.051
Mittelfruh to IBU 27 (with a little saaz at 5 min mark)
Yeast Whitelabs German Lager WLP830
The SRM is around 9 which is a little darker than I wanted but I haven't used the caramel hell previously and am keen to try it,
If there is anything fundamentally wrong with the above recipe, would welcome it being pointed out.
