Hi Guys,my brew fridge is on its way out.
I have 2 simple mid-strenght brews each has
1 can coopers larger
500g coopers BE2
us-05 yeast
They finished about 5 days ago so yesterday I thought cold crash time
I set my temp control to 4c.
Here is my problem, the fridge can only manage to get my brew down to 10c(I will replace it after this batch)
So is 10c going to help drop the yeast out or am I wasting my time??????
Cheers Misfit]
