Is it posiible to get good results from CCing once you have bottled? It would seem to be a good idea, as you could ferment out for a couple of weeks then rack for a couple then bottle and CC with no chance of not having enough yeast left to carbonate, as this can happen if you CC for too long. This way you could leave your bottles CCing for months or until you drink em.
 
Dont know if this will answer your question.....but... when i first started, I noticed that if I put 3-4 bottles in the fridge after the usual routine(Ferm, rack, bottle,store), the first bottle was OK. then a night or two later the next bottle of the same brew tasted better. Then a few nights after, the last bottle was great. So I suppose that I was getting a CC effect at the end of the process.
 
when you put beer in a bottle, and cap it, nothing gets in, nothing gets out.

Bulk CCing for a bit, yeast drops out, gases leave the beer etc


Bulk ageing is where it is at.
