The names of two places on the south side who fill anyone's bottle have already been mentioned.
Ozaquatec do it in overnight batches, brewers choice will do it on the spot. Prices comparable (~$50/6kg).

They only do refills for kegonlegs cylinders in my experience.

I have a Keg King cylinder and I've got that one refilled a couple of times.
