Co2 Adapter

Is it possible to use nitrogen bulbs in the CO2 adapters i see advertised on the net and if so what would be the procedure for gassing a keg of kilkenny/Guiness. Would you just carbonate as usual with CO2 then dispense with the adapter & nitrogen bulb or is it more complicated than that?

if u want the guiness/kilkenny head - you would need to carbonate with Nitrogen..

Takes more gas and more pressure.
