Hi everyone,
I'm planning on doing a BIAB this weekend which I haven't done for awhile. I'm using an 80L stock pot. Any recommendations on how to clean it up ready for the brew? Warm soapy water? Dish washing detergent? Will I need to give the bag a good clean out as well?
Thanks.

Soak bag and pot in Sodium Percarbonate over night, or unscented Napisan. Good rinsed out after and you're good to go.

How dirty are they? If you stored them away clean they probably don’t need any cleaning maybe just rinse the dust off. As they are used hot side they don’t need to be spotless.

if the pot is not stainless don't use perc on it..otherwise partfill and bring it up to heat and get a stainless scourer

As per S.E., your kettle is hot side, scrupulous cleansing and sanitation won't bring that many benefits. Simply clean off junk from the previous boil, rinse, good to go.
