So i thought i would push the volume limit of the fermentasaurus. Which resulted in krausen flow out the spunding valve.
It is a fairly simple process to pull it down for cleaning but i am not sure about the dial. Any tips for cleaning the dial?

I usually dont worry about the dial brad just give it a wipe. The rest gets a bath in percarb. Be warned the spring will rust but i think it has helped tighten it making it easer to set

As far as I know no beer has got into my dials considering much blow through.
I try to set it so the T intersection is up to help prevent beer getting up into the dial.
I wont worry about the dial unless it stops working. ~ $7.00 for a new one etc.
