That's nice, franko. Would make a good coaster.

Yeah, it does have that coaster look... But I'm not sure how it would look as a header

Bigger cones, smaller leaves.
But I'm liking it, I'm really liking it.
I bow again to your talent.

Still think a PM to Dane would be the go, he might even say to you what fonts he used.
But good work.

Like it. :beerbang:

Issues with 2 points however.

Maybe a more simplistic hop picture would be more functional. The current one would make various forms of reproduction problematic. As much as it's making me hang out for a beer.

The Brush Script on the bottom line "We're hopping Mad" doesn't curve neatly (or read well) on the bottom. I'd be inclined to try it in capitals and see how you wind up.

Other than that looks good. Nice earthy, natural looking, Australian native tree colour scheme.

Also.

I'm inclined to think that you could get by without the url in small type on the bottom. In this day and age people would be intuitive enough to know the web address by the name.

My 2c.

Franko's design with the hop image on the top banner of each web page (as suggested by JasonY) and Warren's "we're hopping mad" in capitals.

Cheers.

I thought that the round design was for merchandise, like T shirts, glasses, coffee mugs Etc., not to change the web page.
But first thing is to contact Dale

Franco, your latest design looks great. Only thing I could add is maybe an exclamation mark after "Mad"?

Franko, that looks awesome. I love that luminous scientific textbook 'engraving' of the hops.

I have a couple of suggestions FWIW - how about putting the "www" in front of the "aussiehomebrewer.com"? This would make "aussiehomebrewer" sit more centrally at the top, and if you made "aussiehomebrewer" a slightly larger font or a slightly different colour it would stand out from the "www" and "com" on either side.

It would be nice to work the roo in there too somehow, as it helps the 'hopping mad' pun work and makes it more uniquely Aussie.

How about a play on the Aussie 'coat of arms', with a roo wreathed in hops?

Sorry, keep the roo out of it. I certainly don't do 60min additions of roo poo in my stew. Roo and hops is just plain corny and belongs only in certain souveneir shops aimed at a certain demographic.

The last revision however does look good but just check the text path on the tail end of the top text. The .com has a bit of understeer and is heading out of the corner. (alot of graphic programs do this for some stupid reason).

Nice work but I still prefer the simplicity of what appears at the top of the page.

Cheers

Borret
