Hey guys.
New here i have a cooper dit beer kit and have just had a successful canadian blonde brewed. But i also enjoy cider. However not sure i want 23lt of it. So what i was thinking. I could use an old beer machine to just brew 10lts. I know they suck for beer by what about experiments with cider? Thoughts?

Cheers

Yes it will be fine for a 10l batch of cider. Do you plan on serving fruit the beer machine or bottling. Personally I would just spend $20 on a 12l-15l fermentor and send the beer machine to landfill. Actually I was given a beer machine for Christmas once. It was so crap I just went out and bought a a starter kits from LHBS and the rest as they say is history lol

I reckon if you replaced the pressure cap with a sealed cap and could somehow swap out the spigot for a liquid postage and the co2 charger with a gas post it's might be an OK keg. Or just buy a party keg lol
