Put these two brews on this morning. Both 23l batches.

Boyne's Weekend Ordinary

1 can Coopers Real Ale kit
600g Yellowbox honey
250g Maltodextrine

20g Styrian Goldings 5.2% Dry Hop (Went straight in at pitching time)

Danstar Windsor yeast

OG 1038

Happyrock Chocolate Porter

1 can Morgans Blue Mountain Lager kit
1kg LDME
600g Yellowbox honey

450g Brown Malt
450g Light Crystal Malt
300g Chocolate Malt

15g East Kent Goldings 5.8% 10 minutes

Danstar Nottingham Yeast

OG 1052

Steeped grains in 70 degree water for half and hour. My fermentation freezer has died on me so both beers are sitting at 22 degrees. Ill try and get them down to 20 overnight. Hoping for some tasty ales.
