I have finally found a bottle of Chimay Red in a bottle shop in Brisbane $14.00. I wish to brew this beer useing cultered yeast from the bottle. I dont know if im biting off more than I can chew but I want to try. Any one out there who can help with advice except DONT TRY please help. All helpfull info would be very much appreciated and taken.
