Hi All,
I have a Porter in the fermenter that is ready to bottle or put in the keg. It has turned out great by the taste of the sample I took but I had a thought that I could add cherries to half of the batch to go for a different flavour.
My question is: Is it too late to do this now that the fermentation is over? I have a 15lt fermenter that I was going to use, how much approx would I want to mix with cherries?
Any advice appreciated!
Thanks
Mark
