Central Coast home brew club meeting - 21st Nov

Meet ups are back on, so this month we'll get together on 21st Nov at Wyoming and it'll be hosted by Luke. It's from 2:00-5:00pm and you can PM me if you need the address.

There will be the usual beer, food etc., plus we will do the long awaited case swap.

I might be able to make it - can I ask - is the Case swap as simple as it sounds - bring a case and swap for a case?

Below is what we do for a case swap. At the moment there are 10 in the swap, although I'm not sure that everyone will be there. You would make 11 if you joined in. So if you had 11 longnecks so could join in but not double up on the swaps. The thread for the case swap is here:

For those of you who have not participated in a case swap, the general idea is to get 24 brewers and then:

• You brew a batch of your finest and set aside 24 longnecks (or 48 stubbies) ensuring that you write your number on the cap.
• Bring these along to the meeting to hand yours out and get one back from every other brewer.
• Go home with up to 23 new beers to try.
• If you can't make it on the day then you can organise for someone else to swap your beers, which you can collect later.
• If we get less than 13 participants, we will be able to double up, so everyone gets 2 longnecks of everyone else's beer
